Understanding our refund process
Overview
Our Refund Policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your payment, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the services or items associated must remain unused and in the original condition they were provided.
Refunds Process
Once your request for a refund is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or payment provider again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider to confirm whether the refund has been posted
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
